These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and piabet ("piabet," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the piabet online gaming platform available at piabet.club. By registering an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account and use the Platform. This age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. piabet strictly enforces this requirement and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time.
2.2 You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of registration and during use of the Platform. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is not permitted.
2.3 Each individual may register only one (1) Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
2.5 piabet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide reasons.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You agree to notify piabet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. piabet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.
3.3 All activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility unless you have notified piabet of unauthorized access in accordance with clause 3.2.
3.4 piabet recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account to enhance security. This feature is available in your Account settings.
4.1 piabet accepts deposits via the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card.
4.2 Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card deposits are not accepted on the Platform in compliance with Philippine payment regulations.
4.3 The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's payment section, which may be updated from time to time.
4.4 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name. piabet reserves the right to conduct identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 piabet processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and any verification requirements.
4.6 piabet reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any identity verification, anti-money laundering checks, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
5.1 piabet may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which will be communicated at the time the offer is made.
5.2 Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
5.3 piabet reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. In the event of suspected abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of any promotional offer, piabet may void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
5.4 Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
6.1 All games available on the piabet Platform are operated using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems, as applicable. Game outcomes are determined by chance and are not influenced by piabet or any third party.
6.2 You agree to use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use, systematic exploitation of game mechanics, use of automated software (bots), or any form of collusion is strictly prohibited.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, piabet reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the wagered amounts. piabet's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 piabet reserves the right to impose betting limits on any game or market at its sole discretion.
7.1 piabet is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options, all accessible from your Account settings.
7.2 If you wish to self-exclude from the Platform, you may do so by contacting piabet's support team or using the self-exclusion tool in your Account. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and will remain in effect for the period you specify.
7.3 piabet will not knowingly allow any person who has self-excluded to open a new Account during the self-exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the piabet Platform:
9.1 All content on the piabet Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of piabet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from piabet.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, piabet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
10.2 piabet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
10.3 piabet does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
11.1 piabet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your Account at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by Applicable Law or a regulatory authority.
11.2 Upon termination of your Account for cause, piabet may forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money balances will be returned to you after deduction of any amounts owed to piabet, subject to completion of any required verification.
11.3 You may close your Account at any time by contacting piabet's support team. Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method following identity verification.
12.1 piabet collects and processes your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to such collection and processing.
12.2 piabet may be required to disclose your personal data to PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities in compliance with Applicable Law.
13.1 piabet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the Platform with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
13.2 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with clause 11.3.
14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to piabet's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 piabet operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Complaints that cannot be resolved directly with piabet may be escalated to PAGCOR through its official channels.
